Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and aca44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the aca44 website located at https://aca44.net, including all sub-pages, game lobbies, betting markets, cashier functions, promotional pages, and any other services offered by aca44 (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. These documents form the complete agreement between you and aca44. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

aca44 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and at any time without prior notice, except where applicable law requires advance notification. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at https://aca44.net/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects when the current version was last reviewed and published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the aca44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. aca44 enforces a strict 18+ policy and will request documentary evidence of age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
• Geographic eligibility: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. aca44 does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who are legally prohibited from gambling, including those subject to a self-exclusion order or court order restricting gambling, are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
• Not an employee or affiliate: Current employees, directors, officers, contractors, and affiliates of aca44, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold a player account or participate in any promotion or bonus offer on the Platform.
• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active player account on aca44. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will be treated as duplicate accounts and are subject to immediate closure with forfeiture of any associated balances and pending withdrawals.

Section 3

Account Registration

To access the full features of the aca44 Platform, including the ability to deposit funds, place wagers, and withdraw winnings, you must create a registered player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account. aca44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify aca44 immediately by contacting [email protected].

aca44 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with responsible gaming obligations. KYC documentation may be requested at registration, at any point during account activity, or before a withdrawal is processed. Until KYC verification is completed to aca44's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. aca44 aims to complete KYC reviews within 2–4 hours of receiving complete documentation.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the aca44 Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aca44 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at aca44's discretion, with updates reflected in the cashier section of the Platform.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account and may be subject to a reversal processing period of 1–3 business days depending on the payment provider.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed. There is no upper limit on withdrawals, however aca44 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments at its discretion.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your aca44 account instantly in the majority of cases. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of approval, subject to payment provider operational hours and network conditions.
• Same-method withdrawal: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, as a measure to prevent money laundering. If the original method is unavailable, aca44 may request an alternative method subject to additional verification.
• Transaction fees: aca44 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their respective terms of service. aca44 has no control over third-party fee structures.

aca44 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of potential bonus abuse. In such cases, aca44 will communicate the reason for the delay to the player within a reasonable timeframe. Players should not initiate chargebacks through their payment provider while a withdrawal review is in progress, as doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

aca44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds conditions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each offer on the promotions page and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount a player must wager using the bonus funds before a withdrawal of winnings derived from those funds is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in eligible wagers to be placed before the bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.

• Welcome bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. The welcome bonus is not available to players who have previously held an aca44 account under any name or email address.
• Promotional offers: Periodic promotions, reload bonuses, free bet offers, cashback promotions, and tournament prizes are offered at aca44's discretion. Eligibility criteria, opt-in requirements, and specific wagering conditions vary per promotion and are stated in the promotional description.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, hedge betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or multi-accounting constitutes bonus abuse. aca44 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
• Bonus expiry: Unless stated otherwise in specific promotional terms, all bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to a player's account. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited upon expiry. No extension of the expiry period will be granted except at aca44's sole discretion.

aca44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. aca44 also reserves the right to request additional verification from a player before processing a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. Players who have opted into any self-exclusion period or account restriction will not be eligible to receive or use promotional bonuses during the restriction period.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the aca44 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one player account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform or place wagers without genuine manual input.
• Money laundering: Using the aca44 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that constitute the proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment chargeback through a mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) for a deposit that has been legitimately credited to your aca44 account and used for wagering.
• Minors gambling: Allowing or enabling any person under the age of 18 to access, register, or use your aca44 account for any purpose.
• Technical exploitation: Exploiting any bug, error, software vulnerability, or unintended system behaviour to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and will be reversed.

aca44 employs active monitoring tools and manual review processes to detect and investigate prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, aca44's determination of the facts shall be final and conclusive, subject to any legal right of appeal under applicable law.

Section 7

Account Closure & Suspension

Players may request the voluntary closure of their aca44 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, aca44 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) held in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable minimum withdrawal amounts and pending KYC requirements.

aca44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account without notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, detection of fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where a player's account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email. During a suspension, access to the account, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering will be disabled. aca44 targets completion of standard account investigations within 5–10 business days, though complex cases may take longer. aca44 will provide a resolution update to the affected player upon conclusion of any investigation.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aca44 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the aca44 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial loss resulting from wagering activity on the Platform.

aca44 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aca44 shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or failure in the performance of the Platform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or actions of third-party payment providers.

The aca44 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome. aca44 does not guarantee any minimum return on any wager placed on the Platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to manage their gambling activity responsibly and within their personal financial means.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit aca44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts, unless resolved earlier through aca44's internal dispute resolution process.
